Interested?Most organizations and leaders have some type of strategy, and they go right to: "Now, what do we need to do?" ... which yields a bunch of risk, because they have no way to know whether they've planned the right things to actually achieve their strategy. And individuals often get bogged down by "shoulds" and being "busy" all the time, while not making the impacts they truly wish to.
My work focuses on aligned goal setting, getting clear about measurable impacts that you're aiming for, and architecting actual behavior change so that leaders and teams actually achieve the goals they set (and learn from their setbacks).

- 10+ years of executive strategic leadership in complex creative & technical environments including agencies (POSSIBLE / WPP; Edelman Digital) and work with clients including Coca-Cola, Microsoft, and Bacardi St-Germain.
- 20+ years total career experience including leadership and individual contributor roles in industries including technology, law / legal practice, consulting, public sector, and education.
- Graduate of College of Executive Coaching Positive Psychology & Well-Being Coaching Program.
